The yogis called her Shakti, the living, intelligent energy at the heart of all things. In a world that keeps asking us to do more, produce more, prove more, she is asking for something else entirely: to be felt, embodied, lived.
That is the invitation of Living Shakti, a 30-hour immersion rooted in the Śākta and Śaiva Tantric traditions, guided by Jeanie Manchester — a teacher with 35 years devoted to weaving Anusara Yoga, Tantric philosophy, and the Sri Vidya Goddess tradition into practice that transforms from the inside out.
Across ten monthly sessions, you'll move through the archetypes of the Goddess — Durga's breakthrough courage, Kali's fierce truth, Lakshmi's radiant abundance, Parvati's steady devotion — not as distant myths, but as living mirrors of your own cycles, grief, longing, and awakening. Each month you'll work with asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, and story until these qualities stop being ideas you study and become forces you carry.
