As we approach the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, nature invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest in the dark. This is the season when the seeds of what's next quietly take root beneath the surface, long before we can see them.
In the middle of the holiday rush, give yourself an evening to step out of the noise and into stillness. Join Jeanie and Alison for a nourishing gathering of women dedicated to listening in the dark—reconnecting with our deepest intuition and trusting the quiet wisdom within.
Together, we'll create a warm, supportive space for reflection, renewal, and sisterhood through:
Gentle, Nourishing Movement – soothe and settle the nervous system, allowing the body to soften and become receptive.
Deep Inner Listening – turn inward to hear the quiet whispers of intuition that are so easily lost in the noise of everyday life.
Meditation & Reflection – rest in stillness and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
Candlelit Women's Circle – share sacred space, warmth, and connection in the company of women.
Solstice Intentions – plant seeds for the sacred nights ahead and the coming year, honoring what may grow with the returning light.
Come as you are. Leave with a calmer body, a clearer inner voice, and the warmth of sisterhood to carry you through the darkest days of the year.
No experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that helps you feel cozy, such as a yoga mat, blanket, or journal.
